what goes in dry and comes wet ?

I go in dry and come out wet, The longer I'm in, the stronger it will get. What am I?

Answer: Teabag or Cement
The teabag goes wet inside the cup and comes out wet. The longer it stays inside the cup the stronger tea becomes. Similarly, with cement too the longer it stays inside the water the harder it becomes.
